In this two-hour intermediate level course, attendees will attendees will gain specialized knowledge and practical skills for working with singers with vocal fold lesions.
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Analyze the impact of vocal fold lesions on voice production exploring how lesions affect the vibratory pattern of the vocal folds, and how this influences the power-source-filter model of voice production.
Understand how differential diagnoses can result in various treatment patterns and recommendations for clients with vocal fold lesions.
Implement personalized client centered vocal rehabilitation plans to help clients achieve their functional goals in the setting of vocal fold lesions.

In order to receive a Certificate of Completion, you must complete the pre-registration form, attend the course live or watch the full recording of the course, and pass the post-course assessment.
If you attend the course live, you must complete all requirements by 11:59pm on Tuesday, September 23rd (three days' time). If you watch the course replay, you must complete all requirements by September 20, 2026.
